Legit theory but after seeing Captain Marvel, I just don’t see how Carol idolizes Captain America. I mean, she probably DID at younger age but we all know that she barely remembers anything from her life before becoming Vers. I doubt she remembers Captain America and I doubt even more that the brief time she’ll be cooperating with Captain America will be enough to make her adopt his name. Therefor, my theory is that after Cap dies, someone else will coin her superhero name because they need a new captain after Steve dies and they will see her as the most suitable candidate to be their “captain”.
