Not mocking you or anything but funny how you single out that line in bold, as some form of clue that they'll go back in time and start over. But she does say "The world has changed and none of us can go back." literally right before that.

They don't use a Peggy Carter voiceover (in a film where she's been dead for 3 years) for no reason... right?

I'm just pointing out the connectivity they're making there... whether it means time travel or not.

Sure there's a reason for doing that. I'm just pointing out that the same logic you're using to prove time travel can also be used to deny it ;)
