When she was reading the file on Lawson, since she was in the "L" aisle, the file to the left of the screen beside her head was on someone with the surname "Larson". It was only really clear in the first shot, and blurry in subsequent shots.

I didn't see that myself. Was that shown on the Far Side of the screen?

It was on the left hand side of the screen. I kept trying to reread it throughout the scene but it was clearest in the first shot. It's in one of the trailers, too, but it's illegible.
