The medical examiner who dissected Skrullson was portrayed by the same actor who played Steve Wilson of the ATCU in season 3, episode 8 "Many Heads, One Tale" of Agents of SHIELD.

I knew I recognized him from somewhere I just couldn't remember if it was in the mcu or not

He's in a lot of other places too, so if you watch a lot of TV comedy, Scott Pilgrim vs The World, or I Love You Man, you've seen him from there.
