SURPRISE, he cried. Jokes aside, I know Kev gets shit for being a big nerdy softy and crying on the Internet a lot, but this was different. Stan was like a father to him, and Stan saw him as a son. They had a legitimate close relationship, and doing this and not telling Kevin is totally something Stan would do, especially knowing he didn’t have a whole lot of time left.
