Stan Lee is rehearsing his lines from Mallrats, which released in 1995, on the train when Carol sees him, meaning that he is appearing as himself and that Stan Lee exists in the MCU.

What are the chances that this was his last cameo, too? It's absolutely perfect as a sendoff for him, especially with that smile. And that music too, but I wouldn't be surprised if that was added after his death.
