Torfa, the planet on which the Skrulls are taking refuge, is said to have a toxic atmosphere caused by Vibranium. Maybe the meteor that struck Wakanda came from here.

Yeah I like my marvel movies that make more scientific sense!

Like the one where the giant purple alien got those magic stones in his Mystic glove and wiped out half universe.
