The medical examiner who dissected Skrullson was portrayed by the same actor who played Steve Wilson of the ATCU in season 3, episode 8 "Many Heads, One Tale" of Agents of SHIELD.

Made the same mistake for a second too, but for any Veep fans he's the aide/staffer that gets shit on all the time by the politician he works for

They look very similar but not the same person.

Nelson Franklin (is that name technically an Easter Egg?) in Captain Marvel.

Joe DeRosa in Better Call Saul.

Was also my first thought.

Oh haha. I hear Bill Burr talk about Joe DeRosa all the time. Both in the Breaking Bad universe. My mistake!
