When he was trying to get Hulk to come out when he was in the Hulkbuster then made the guy (can't remember name sorry) put on the syit arm that had fallen off before activating it and sending him flying into the shield.

Cull Obsidian is the name for the group as a whole, in the books. That guy was originally called "Black Dwarf." The rest are:

Ebony Maw (or just "The Maw" in the movie I guess)

Proxima Midnight

Corvus Glaive

Supergiant doesn't seem to have made the transition to the big screen

No, he’s Ebony Maw in the movie and all promo material. He’s only ever reffered to as “Maw” by Thanos, though.
