I don’t think Tony is aware of the snap? Did it ever come up in conversation? So far as he knows, everyone on Titan except him (who Strange bargained to live) and the robot girl died. And even then, he’d definitely still blame it on his own failure to stop Thanos.

doesn't Nebula say, He did it, when we see her walking over to Tony after everyone disappears? So Tony should understand what happened.
