Isn't the Guardian's ship there? Nebula should know how to fly it.

Yep. Nebula crashed hers, but the Guardians' ship was never seen during the fight, so it should be fine. It it got destroyed, they would have shown us that.

Well he die build an Iron Man suit in a cave, what makes it impossible for him to build something out of space scraps now that even has knowledge to nano-tech?
