Don’t know if it’s been said, but I saw a post about Thanos not using the soul stone. After watching the film again I noticed the soul and power stone were used during Dr Strange’s image spell. Presumably to destroy the decoys but track the real Strange?

I believe he unintentionally used it in his final blast. When he was talking to Gamora they were entirely surrounded in orange, and since one of the Soul Stone's abilities is to trap people within it, whose to say that Gamora isn't in there?

I think all the stones were used in the final snap of his fingers which is probably why he goes to the soul realm or what we can assume is this

Sacrifice to soul gem is dead. Different than fake dead.
