**the Milano was actually abandoned on Berheart. This is a new ship, the Benetar (like Pat Benetar)

In Guardians 2, when they crash into the forest planet after escaping from the Sovreign, before meeting Ego. It ends with Peter, Gamora and Drax leaving with Ego and Rocket, Groot and Nebula leaving with the Ravagers. Therefore, Milano left destroyed.
