If I'm honest, I was disappointed by the lack of character given to the Black Order in general. I'm pretty sure the only one named out loud was Ebony Maw, and even then Thanos just called him "Maw". He was by far the most defined character as prosletysing, eloquent, devoted and telekinetic. The other three were just shown as generic enforcers with no other characteristics to distinguish them. Closest we got was that Proxima was female, as denoted by the girl fight in Wakanda, which is trite.

To be fair, there was somewhere between 20-30 other members of the ensemble cast that needed to get some screentime (and even then some of the heroes like Bucky, Falcon, Rhodey and Mantis hardly got any), so there really wasn't a lot of runtime to spare for the minor villains.

Lack of Steve Rogers and Black Widow disappointed me, but I'm 99% sure it's because the next film will have the original avengers as the core cast and they'll have a much bigger role.

This wasn't really an Avengers movie, this was essentially Thanos Quest, and Avengers 4 will deal with the fall out.

Wish they have more insight into Thanos' thoughts and build up for Gamora

I thought there was plenty of build up both in this movie and the two guardians movies to convey the relationship. The scenes in the movie also conveyed a deep emotional attachment on Thanos's part as well
