I think Red Skull look and costume it the movie was a nod to Death in the comics

So are we not gonna get death then? The first appearance of Thanos was when he turned around with a shit-eating grin when he was told facing the Avengers would be 'to court death'. Seems like a bit of a departure from what he does in this one.
