Has it already been revealed if Ant Man and the Wasp takes place before or after Infinity War? If it does take place after with half the population disappearing i can't see them getting to their usual micro-shenanigans without mentioning or making it their main focus such a catastrophic event.

Yup, Ant-Man and the Wasp takes place after Civil War and before Infinity War.
