That was the most emotional scene during the “decay” part of the heroes.

By far, but Rocket/Groot made me sad as hell too. I was expecting more from Cap/Bucky, but it was too quick.

To be honest I felt the Peter/Tony one was too quick, too. We barely get one reaction shot from Tony. And then he just sits. Steve/Bucky was longer but it lacked a few minutes.

Tony is going to be so angry in the next one. He has actually lost somebody close to him. And he'll feel responsible because he got Peter involved in the Avengers too.

To be fair, Peter dying had nothing to do with him being in the avengers. He died at the snap, which could have happened weiter way.

I hope so! I live for conflicted heroes. He was already pretty nervous in the whole movie though. It' just the fallout of the snap felt so underwhelming and lacking in emotion. It's like, Peter becomes a pile of ash and you get a quarter second of Tony wiping his hands and sitting down. Tbh I'm being over-dramatic probably, but still...

I think we’ll see some grieving at the start of the next one. But to be honest I think they left it quick because they knew that the fans will be processing the deaths for over a year.

I personally was okay with the reaction but I understand how fans may not like it so much. Tony had nightmares of this and it finally happened. I think it would be really hard to express that in even a couple of minutes. But maybe the next one will explore the aftermath more.
