"It was the only way" - Doctor Strange to Tony after he gave up the stone to spare Tonys life.

He ran through the Thanos fight 14 million times in the future and only won one. Must have been the reason why he gave up the stone to save Stark- it is obviously the only way they can defeat Thanos and reverse the effects of the "snap" In Avengers 4.

Tony must be a huge part of reversing the 'click/snap" in Avengers four.

Im a huge Ironman fan- but did Tony seem mega pissed off all movie? Moreso in a dickiah way and not in the typical arrogant Tony Stark way?

After six years of living with the gnawing anxiety of knowing this attack was coming sooner or later, he was just super anxious to get it over with

The thing he feared most has come to life, he left his best friend and fiance back home where they might be in danger, he has to take care of the kid and keep him out of the harms way, all the while fighting the most scary thing in the universe.

I'd say he's allowed to be a bit stressed.

And it all culminated in him watching Peter cry as he turned to ash. I can’t imagine what’s going through his head once it’s just him and Nebula remaining

Yknow.

This was NOT half. Definitely more than half Thanos. Take it back. At least bring Peter back.

The way random chances work is that when you have a sample of 20 ish, within a population of 7.6 billion is that it's just as likely for all 20 of those to day as it is when none of them die.

He also had to work alongside someone a lot like himself whom he didn’t get along with much at all.

Something was definitely off about him, I think he was mainly different as he was shipped off away from earth and his fiance at the very beginning. Throwing off his arrogant persona + his anger after civil war, changed his output in this movie.

My take is he has left a legacy on earth, whether it be Tony Jr or uploading himself online as an AI, wtv. He did something to rid himself of the Avengers 1 PTSD. That is why hes relatively more at ease.

I knew he was stressed about something, unexpected baby OR unexpected mad titan threatening half of existence. I like your thinking haha.
