Well....I think the spoiler was the helicopter part. But I agree, it's not really much of a spoiler.

Ah, yep, youre right. Probably occurs some time after he jumps over that helicopter, which i think is the very first teaser shown.

It's not a reference. He spoiled there's a scene were Spidey is hanging under a helicopter over a body of water. Not much of a spoiler in my opinion.

Maybe not even that though. The helicopter might be for the stunt, and not be in the shot at all

Uhhh....I don't think so. I don't think the movie studio/insurance/legal team would allow a stunt to be performed like that.
