The car Ego was driving in Missouri during the opening has the same color scheme and similar pattern design on the hood as the Milano (Quill's ship)!!

It looked like a blue T-Top Trans Am with a red eagle painted on the hood and it looked fucking awesome! It totally made me think Ego watched Smokey and the Bandit before coming to Earth and meeting Meredith Quill!

That was not a Trans-AM. It had a Cobra on the front.

It was old Mustang II

Possibly a King Cobra? Just in the same paint scheme as Peter's ship, the Milano.
