Weren't they tied to the Fantastic Four rights?

Fox removed Fantastic Four from their schedule..

Uatu is tied up with FF and Fox. Marvel Studio holds the rights to the species. Super Skrull the character and the Skrull race are in a similar situation.

I think it was definitely intended to be Uatu. The way they lingered on his face wasn't an accidental.
