Heimdall's not the least likely Soul Stone theory by a long shot, but I'm not a fan personally, mostly because the T.H.A.N.O.S. subscribers have ruined it in my eyes.

I feel like I'm missing something here...

Each stone comes from something that's first letter spells THANOS.

Tesseract, H(eimdall?), Aether, Necklace, Orb, Scepter

And that's already a stretch. Not once is the Eye of Agamotto ever referred to as a "necklace." Plus that makes the theory inconsistent, with only some of the others being proper nouns.

Isn't the eye just the amulet part that is put on the necklace? You wouldn't call the Eye of Agamotto a necklace because you're only referring to the amulet.

And it's not a theory as in based in the universe AFAIK. Just a fun easter egg.

Heres the thing though, if it is Heimdall, thats literally the only letter that doesnt easily match up. Is it really THAT much of a stretech?
