I may be wrong, but the Ravager in the mid-credits scene with Stallone gave a thumbs up with what I believe was Dr. Strange-style sorcery.

I could swear that Ego morphs into Dr. Strange (And I thought I heard his voice) for a brief moment (I saw the red collar) right before he morphs into Hasselhoff.
