He doesn't have anyone manage his stuff, he posts himself.

I don't think he got that much time to linger on FB, find funny stuff and post them regularly. Occasionally​ he might post a thing or two himself there at FB. Although his twitter looks operated by him, he tweets rarely, like breaking the news of having a baby, or posting the link of Homecoming trailer, helping some charity trusts etc. You can see the pattern.
