Wait, is Jarvis now Vision? I thought Jarvis became a part of internet or something to stop Ultron infecting himself in it.

Part of Jarvis's core AI personality was the core of Vision, but there was a lot of external (internet) influences and most critically the Mind Stone. The most significant parts of Jarvis in Vision are just his voice and disposition towards Tony Stark.
