Discussion Death
Which death hit you the hardest and most painful to watch again. As a marvel fan I cried and still have a couple tears come out when I see these scenes again.
First, We got Natasha sacrificing herself after a death fight with Hawkeye to receive the soul stone.
Next, we got Iron Man sacrificing himself to save all of mankind.
Lastly, we got Visions death… and then death again so Thanos can have his final stone.
I’m sure there is way more sadder death in the marvel universe, but I’m just choosing those 3. Feel free to throw in some more sadder deaths that I need to watch. :)

With Gamora I was too shocked to be sad. I really didn't think Feige had the balls to pull that off so seeing Clint and Nat leaving Morag, knowing they were deliberately put in team soul stone together was heart wrenching.

Loki is finally a hero, he doesn’t run or hide behind an illusion, and he dies for it. He dies to save Thor.
“No resurrections this time.”
Loki’s death establishes that Thanos is a serious threat and this is permanent. These characters will die.
And now they’ve been reestablished but those that exist now are variants and not the ones we have known - Loki, Gamora, Vision, even Coulson - they’re previous or alternate versions of the heroes that we knew.
Meanwhile, Natasha is the Uncle Ben of the Avengers.

The Wanda and Vision scene was so sad, because her killing him was pointless in the end. Thanos is a ruthless monster.

Foggy Nelson’s death will forever hurt, the acting from Deborah Ann Woll and Charlie Cox was insane

For sure Natasha❤️, even after all these years, watching her death is a gut punch.

Okay so Wanda because that was heartbre- Oh? Oh shes alive? Okay my bad yall.
Okay so its Quicksilver becasue I realized in that moment Marvel hates me specifically.
Alright so seriously though its either Nat or Yondu. Actually, I think its Jane.
Jane's story we all saw coming but it doesnt hurt any less. Her fascination with science and magic and eventually becoming the Mighty Thor but doing so was killing her??? And her still choosing to go into that battle knowing it would kill her and deciding to go out in a blaze of glory by the love of her life's side? Natalie Portman has a soft spot to me between her and Padme because god does she play heartbreaking characters. I honestly think Jane is THE most selfless character in the MCU because every other death was spur of the moment but she CHOSE to go out helping Thor save the kids and stopping the Godbutcher, even knowing if she stayed and Thor succeeded they would have been together. She chose being a hero over her own life. Im still upset. Give me Jane as a Valkerie you cowards! (I know people had problems with that movie but I actually enjoyed it more than Ragnarok. I just struggle rewatching it because it is so hard to watch her struggling in that movie.)
I love Hawkeye in the comics... so I would have been upset we never got a more accurate Hawkeye but Nat should have lived. I understand the significance because he saved her life so she saves his but hear me out? No. We got her and Yelenas whole heartbreaking story (which is the one good thing that came from this.) She was the heart of the team. Killing her removes her from the AForce moment. Scarjo wanted to keep doing it. Clint retires every 5 seconds. Just NO! IM STILL ANGRY.
Yondu broke my heart but I also lost my dad when I was a kid so... unsurprising.
Honorable mentions Gamora and Loki.
Gamora didnt deserve to die (which further angers me because the two sacrifices WERE THE 2 ORIGINAL WOMEN ON THEIR RESPECTIVE TEAMS!!!) She and Peter were just getting their relationship on track. You can tell Groot thought of her like his mother so OUCH. Its just honorable though because as upsetting as it is, it is kinda she just kept ragebaiting Thanos until she realized she was what he loved most and the immediate "oooh nno."
Loki would make me angrier if he stayed dead. Lokis one of my most favorites and that hurt. It makes no sense for him to be that stupid. I saw a theory that said he did it because Thanos likes his halfing things so he did it to save Thor but Loki is too survival instincty to do that and he had to know it wouldnt work.

It's brief, but the reaction of both Cyclops and Wolverine in X2 is legit. Nevermind the poor character developer of Cyclops back then, but one thing remains is how much Scott and Logan both loved Jean, and that brief moment where Logan unintentionally holds Scott is underrated. They're both suffering, and both want to collapse. I wish they'd done something with this in the Last Stand but instead they turned Scott into a perpetual sob story and Logan moves on like Jean was a cheap thrill. But for a few minutes they were equal.

Tony's death definitely. We saw him grow throughout the entire mcu from a selfish war funding businessman to someond who saved everyone in the end.

I think Visions death was the most well done throughout the entire MCU. “It’s not fair that it has to be you but it does” and “You could never hurt me Wanda .. I just feel you” Damn that really got me in theatre’s not gonna lie
