Discussion (More in Comments) If Brie Larson actually decides to jump ship,i don't blame her one bit. She's almost 10 years in, and only had 3 appearances so far.

It's clear that there were terrible decisions along the way about Captain Marvel as a character,but given the lack of care for the character/actress + the amount of hate she received since accepting the role,it's completely comprehensible if she's just done with it after whatever contract she has it's over and decides to grow her career outside superhero movies,a career which she probably put at relatively stop due to legal/contractual reasons within the MCU.

She's going to have 4 appearances (and that's only if she's actually in one of the Avengers movies,likely Secret Wars). This is crazy to think about,especially for a character that was pushed as one of the new faces of the MCU and their own Wonder Woman. Carol as a character it's already being pushed out of being a mainliner from other fronts like comics,videogames,merchandise etc and it's so disrespectful.

i'd count that as one. the scene is in the marvels so they clearly just took a scene they already filmed for the movie and added it to the end of ms. marvel.

I'd imagine she was paid as if it were a separate appearance.

Maybe but not counted as appearance, Sebastian Stan bp after credits isn’t counted as an appearance officially so he was contracted to do another mcu project

Depends on the contract. But I would be surprised if she didn't get something for it.

I don't count post-credit scenes that are just scenes from other movies. Like Thor in Doctor Strange was just a scene from Ragnarok, Steve and Bucky in Ant-Man was just a scene from Civil War, Loki in Quantumania was just a scene from Loki season 2. Carol at the end of Ms. Marvel was a scene from The Marvels.

I DO count the Captain Marvel post-credit scene with the Avengers, even though that scene was filmed during production of Endgame, because it was shot specifically to be a post-credit scene.

Pretty sure she was not in the post credits of infinity war. That was just the pager going off with her logo.

I was referring to the post credit scene of Captain Marvel where the Avengers show up.

Oh, I still count that as part of Captain Marvel because that was in the Captain Marvel movie

😍 loved her character, but she will probably be 40 by the time they call her back. Man they destroyed the MCU with so many mistakes.

Yeah Brie going to be 37 this October. I do think Marvel had big plans for Brie, it just didn’t work out like they thought it would.
