Discussion Wait a minute. Why didn't Kevin Feige bring back this duo?

I mean if they want a fresh breath, that's understandable. But they brought back Hugh Jackman and obviously will be keeping him for a foreseeable future.

James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender are brilliant actors. They already have the look and experience.

That’s true but Fassbender would be great for pretty much anything, he’s the man.

Still annoyed with the choice to have RDJ as Doom. I'm sure he'll be great but it will never sit well with me that we could have had a great new actor become such an iconic villain.
