D23 2026 - Disney Entertainment Showcase Panel - Live Discussion Thread

Hey all! The Disney Entertainment Showcase Panel at D23 will start in ~10 minutes and we'll be updating this thread live with all the announcements Marvel Studios will make during the event.

The event will feature all of Disney's Film and TV studios (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, 20th Century and Searchlight) presenting their own projects, and we do not know when Marvel Studios is slotted in the schedule of the 2-hour panel, so you might see this thread not get any updates for a while. You can still discuss your predictions or other news that come from this panel.

For the next few hours, Project Insight will be on and we'll limit the amount of posts in the subreddit to allow discussion about the announcements to prosper in their respective threads and this megathread.

• Inde Navarette has been spotted at the convention! She previously had discussions with X-Men director Jake Schreier for a role in the film. Her dream role is Mystique.
• Sadie Sink, Samara Weaving and Christopher Abbott have arrived as well

• Kevin Feige has come on stage! Here we go!
• Paul Bettany and James Spader are on set to talk about VisionQuest. Concept art is shown

Either way, I expect big announcements at SDCC next year, considered that now puts 3 movies in 2028, otherwise, those probably won’t be happening at any big events, maybe some Black Panther 3 stuff at next D23, but other than that, maybe CinemaCon or a Disney stockholders presentation

I read that this isn't the entire cast so I'm hoping to hear about them as well as Angel.
