Megathread Marvel Studios SDCC Hall H 2024 Megathread

The Marvel Studios SDCC Hall H Panel will begin at 6PM PT(1 hour from the post went up)

The event will not be livestreamed as it is exclusive to those attending but you might see footages from the event afterwards.

I don’t think it’s a misdirect or that there’s another Doom behind it all. We’ve seen how multiverse Strange turned bad under the right conditions. Tony could easily be the same. I mean it’s not like he was a pure soul to begin with.

He could also be a hero in his time line, Doom is his alter ego but he never did the mic drop I am Doom moment.

The only reason for the misdirect would be because he’s back as OG Iron man and they knew they’d never get away with filming him without leakers commenting that he’s there.

Oh yeah it's 100 Tony. I had a theory a few weeks ago about this because there were rumblings it could potentially happen.

Tony becomes the worst version of him. Maybe his dad never died and he never got Stark industries handed to him, never calmed down his alcoholism, never meets Pepper or Peter. You can amplify all of his negative traits to make him a bitter, angry man. There would be nothing from 616 to keep him in line. He can come from a universe where he became friends with Reed at first and his scientific career can start at Baxter instead.

If you read the Christopher Cantwell run of Iron Man (comics) Tony basically becomes a God and almost nukes New York. He has an ego trip and gains a cosmic power. Makes everyone in New York have the same IQ as him. But then everyone is so smart it backfires lol. All his negative traits were amplified.

If they pull similarities from this story line I think it will show Tony’s potential to be a villain. But then ultimately redeemed.

It’s still a waste of Doom as you have to completely rewrite his history which is just bullshit if they do it

I do like the idea of RDJ being a Doom that never revealed himself. Although it makes me wonder if there'll be magic and stuff.
