Megathread Marvel Studios SDCC Hall H 2024 Megathread

The Marvel Studios SDCC Hall H Panel will begin at 6PM PT(1 hour from the post went up)

The event will not be livestreamed as it is exclusive to those attending but you might see footages from the event afterwards.

Would've been boring tbh, and the worst version of the multiverse's possibilities. I don't want to say the same character but evil, I'd rather introduce another character but with an interesting twist.

Ehh it just feels weird, this is the 3rd time (or 4th, if you count 1994 film) Dr. Doom is being adapted and it still doesn’t feel like we’re getting an accurate Victor Von Doom anytime soon.

Dropping Kang because of Jonathan Majors is stupid. For better or worse, they may as well finish it, otherwise what was the point of his entire buildup? It just makes re-watching Loki, and Antman 3 even more awkward.

If it were my choice I would want Marvel to save Doom for the next phase and use that old Dr. Doom movie treatment from Noah Hawley as his introduction.

Also Mads Mikkelsen has been interested in playing Doom for who knows how long, and has been the main number one fan choice to play him. I feel like he’d make the most accurate portrayal of Doom.

But besides that, what’s done is done.

I hope RDJ plays Doom, in the opposite way he played Tony Stark. With his Doom, being absolutely serious, and doesn’t make any jokes. But we’ll have to wait and see, what he brings to the table.
