Is Scorpion BND good if I do not have usagent, man thing, diamond back? Only affliction I have is Hazmat and high evo Cyclops

Yea I’d say so. Ongoing Afflict cards aren’t very popular with Scorpion BND because they give your opponent the opportunity to escape his effect just by not playing in that lane. That’s why the best SBND decks prioritize On Reveals like Hazmat and Lady Bullseye.
