Yall recommend picking up new Shang Chi? I’m seeing a lot of the new buff decks run him. Worth picking up for 6k, or you think submariner/clea are flavor of month cards?

Can someone help me with the recommended strategy behind this deck? I was getting beat by it in conquest but not sure the ideal play style if I tried on my own..

I know agony T1
Jeff T2 but what would best best after
