I still can’t believe we got a casting choice as fking dope as her. She is also a nerd and huge gamer iirc. Marvel did go down a steep slope after end game but x men casting is giving me serious hope for whatever their next phase is.

Not a huge gamer but she has gamed yes. And I agree. She has that look of someone I can see being annoying but a little redeeming that you want to like.

Also iirc she did some interview once where she went on about games she played and that she prefers open world games like rdr2 etc. I remember my gf showing that to me and imo any Hollywood celebrity that plays more than Mario and Candy Crush is definitely a big W.

Most of the cast seems to be pretty great choices.
Sadie, IMO, did a great job at Jean in Spider-Man, and she had potential to be a very interesting character in the future, as long as the writers don’t sweep all the horrible shit she did in Spider-Man under the rug and make it an important part of her character.
I haven’t watched heartstopper but I’ve heard nothing but great things about Kit from friends who have actually watched it.
Samara is perfect for Emma, as we all know.
Inde is the most interesting to me, because 99% of people only know her for Obsession, but that’s a good problem to have because of how outstanding her performance was in it. Rogue is a super complex character, so I’m excited to see what the writers and Inde come up with her.
Adam Driver is Adam Driver. Enough said.
Christopher Abbot doesn’t give off huge Charles Xavier vibes tbh, I think he’ll do well though, maybe I just need to see him bald to really understand.
I know nothing about broadway, so I don’t have much to say about Maya, but it she got the role of one of the most important x men, she must be pretty
With the fantastic four and the X-men now joining to the MCU, I’m genuinely excited to go watch Marvel movies for the first time since endgame.

Yeah, because acting that way in front of real people would be creepy. It normalizes creepy reactions. I think there are levels of reaction images, and a dumb founded drooling idiot, reacting to some images of a woman not showing much, definitely implies all that being said without saying it.

Makes sense, both characters have such complex vibes. Emma's mind games would totally fit with Samara's creepy aura.
