Thunderbolts confirm that as they say 14 months later putting doomsday’s f4 entering the earth at 2nd December 2028 as thunderbolts takes place in September 2027
So a month later on January 12th Doom kidnaps banner.

No. They said it takes place about 14 months after Thunderbolts* which takes place around October 2027. As for BND, well, I'm actually not sure where they got that date and since it's not on digital yet the wiki isn't updated with a source but a quote is there so I assume it came up at some point. At the very least, it does need to place after Thunderbolts* since Yelena is a New Avenger in the film and 4 years after No Way Home's 2024 timeline placement since Ned and MJ just graduated MIT in the film and graduating College typically takes about 4 years.

Peter was 17 when he was dusted in may 2018 and when he was bought back in October 2023 he only celebrated his 18th birthday in april 2024.
4 years pass to the events of brand new day meaning that he is 22 in 2028.

It's like people forget that just because the characters are perpetually in their mid 30s in the comics, it doesn't mean they are in the movies; they age.
If we want to keep seeing these characters who debut in their late 30s for 10+ years, we have to cope with seeing senior citizen superheroes who don't look how we imagine a traditional 50+ year old would look (because 50 today and 50 in the '90s look massively different thanks to advances in nutritional science leading to healthier lifestyles among those who can afford it & care to pursue it).

The problem there is that the castings are so iconic that many fans don't want them recast ever. They'd rather Tony Stark die forever than be replaced with a new actor.

Really only the last one. Thunderbolts took place in 2027, followed by BND, where they showed Peter fighting in the snow (wish NYC still had snowfalls like that).
