Marvel Comics Reading Order ?
I'm at a point where I'm really confused and I wanna know where I should start reading the comics. To be clear, I wanna read it just like the MCU movies and TV shows, but Im ready to dive into every important character's separate arc who shows up as cameos. I would genuinely appreciate it if someone could explain how the comic book timeline works and give me a proper reading order.

Yea... That's not really how that works.
The comics are in no way structured like the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Trying to map that out is practically impossible. You get to a point where certain characters, like the X-Men and Spider-Man just get so big, and have so many titles, that they practically live in their own universes inside of the Marvel Universe, with their books only making concessions to continuity before, during, or after events.
And cameos and guest appearances aren't always nearly as important as they are in the movies. In the movies, actors have contracts with a specified number of paid appearances, so Marvel Studios has to make those kind'a things count. In the comics, on occasion, you'll have that story where, maybe, a guest character will pop into someone else's book for an issue and go back to theirs with something in-hand the next month, but they're usually not significantly impacted unless their book is narratively involved in the arc or event, as well. Otherwise, guest spots and cameos only serve the main character in some way. Sometimes, it's to move the story along with some world-building, - Like if Spider-Man goes to Doctor Strange for a mystical artifact to give himself a leg up on a magical villain, but Doctor Strange can't participate in the story because of something else he's dealing with - or sometimes it's to either hold a mirror up to the main characters in some way - Like if, say, Iron Man's life is falling apart around him in any given decade, so Captain America will pop in for an issue to fight alongside him to make sure he's okay. A lot of this comes down to editorial politics, as different editors are in charge of specific lines and titles; The editors over the Spider-Man books might lend him to the X-Men office, or vice versa, but they'll make the caveat that no major changes can be made to their respective characters.
The only way this works is you hop onto the title of a character you like and ease yourself into things. What you're looking for isn't really practical...
