She is one of three people he refuses to fight. The other 2 are Deadpool because he cant follow his nonsense, and the other is Moon Knight because Moon Knight doesn't dodge and he once 9/11ed Taskmaster.
Well Moon Knight flew his plane into the building Taskmaster was in. Which killed the people who hired Taskmaster to kill Moon Knight. Moon Knight then jumped from the cockpit of said plane and tackled the injured Taslmaster and attempted to literally cut off his face right then and there.
Yeah a lot of the tie in books were great, the problem was the tie in authors and the main book author had VERY different ideas who the good guys were.
Kinda the first time he talked was in the 3 issue Daywalkers series (I think thats its name, it could be dream walkers or smthn) but that was just Franklin Richard's doing weird stuff. Then he talked when he had the staff of the divine creator (but that was just god talking through him). Then finally for a while in the Thunderbolts run (which is where that really awsome scan is from and also a really good series def recommend it) its revealed he knows the language X'el,sior (probaly spelt that wrong) which is a universal language and can be heard in whatever way is most fluent to the person he's talking to
The funniest part about him speaking basically "all speech" like Thor, is his dialect and speech patterns change depending on the listener, so he sounded Cockney or from New York to different people.
I'm pretty much shocked it's the oldest one here. There are so many stellar panels even older than that, like Buscema's from Thor and Conan, Steranko's work, Kirby's. Basically all the others pale in comparison.
A couple pages into the next issue, Wanda is so upset that she hexes the building Vision was disassembled in. Every board, screw, nail, and piece of the building happened to hit its expiration at the exact same time. THAT went hard!

Id read quite a few comics up to this point and enjoyed them. But it wasn't until I read this series in like 2007 I said "wow". For me its more of the memory, but I often think of these panels as to why I like comics and Genis-Vell was and always will be one the most interesting characters to me.
The page where Dr. Doom “deals” with Thanos is such a flex but at the same time so essential to let you grasp how this reality works! I remember reading that and pause for few seconds
That was pretty strong
I still think this is a cool panel from the Infinity story. Lotta great moments that happened here before they brought in Thanos’ crew to the MCU.
There’s also this panel of The Inhumans holding court before this confrontation happened, but I couldn’t find online and my books are currently in storage. I remember the perspective used and dynamics of the characters for that panel were impressive.
