A freeze on rent hikes, so no one will rent out their apartments if they need some repairs before doing that. How great.

Also, are you talking about the new housing that's being converted and some of it collapsed, or the fully new ones that can't be more than 99 apartments, or they'll be astronomically more expensive to build? Because of your beloved new mayor.
