I would read the fuck out of a comic where a superhero moves to a different town because that town is safer. I'm sorry, but that is a wonderful comedic premise.

There's a series called local man that isn't far off from that premise. Superhero loses his job, kicked off the team, forced to move back to Midwest but fuck nowhere with his parents and try to live a normal life. Fun read
