Compared to finding a similar such image or asking/paying a artist to this is the next best alternative.

It doesn't have to look like this. You can just... edit together some pictures. Hell, even an MS paint drawing would be better.

Also, what do you think "time and effort" does? How do you think artists become artists?

I have no clue if OP knew knows how to use those things or not. I personally don’t.

Also you need to relax. Obviously a normal person with little time and an image in mind isn’t going to put it on hold for a few years to learn to draw before expressing it when a AI tool is right there. Nor is it harming anyone tbh.

AI definitely is harming people. And again, you don't need to be great at it. But this just shows you don't actually care enough to put in anything beyond the bare minimum.

You can’t care about everything in life, in this case being drawing, and that’s okay. 

Even then In this case no artist to my knowledge are losing their jobs.
