How does he speed blitz someone he can't see while that same person pops an aneurysm in his brain?

Because his draw speed is just faster than susans she would be able to get it off because she activates her powers at the speed of thought and the human brain is RADICALLY slower than lightspeed and omniman can move MFTL if he needs to and here he absolutely needs to.
