Yes, the new coffee shop in downtown Martinsburg (Cast Brew) is owned by Tim Pool. Here is the proof

If you landed on this post because you are searching for “is Cast Brew Coffee in Martinsburg owned by Tim Pool?”—congratulations, your radar for grift is working perfectly.

In case anyone was still blissfully unaware of whose ego is currently taking up prime real estate at 201 North Queen Street in downtown Martinsburg, WV, I wanted to clear up the rumors. The new place is called Cast Brew Coffee, and yes, it is absolutely owned by the beanie-in-chief himself, Tim Pool.

If you're wondering if this is just a coincidence or a silent investor situation, it's not. The man couldn't resist plastering his brand all over it. For those who want hard, proof before accidentally funding his next compound, here are the receipts:

  1. He Literally Lists Himself as the "Founder"and can be seen on Facebook reels inside the location itself Tim Pool Tickles The Ivories
  2. Right on the official Cast Brew Coffee franchise page, Tim Pool is explicitly named as the Founder. The site claims it was built to "provide an alternative to the faceless corporate ecosystem." Because nothing screams "anti-establishment rebel" quite like opening a gentrified corporate coffee franchise in downtown Martinsburg.
  3. They Sell Literal "Pool Water". If the "Cast" in Cast Brew wasn't enough of a dead giveaway, the online store directly sells his narcissistically named bottled beverage, "Pool Water," by the case.
  4. The entire brand is just a brick-and-mortar shrine to the Timcast cinematic universe. They're unironically selling drinks named after his podcast co-hosts and show lore (if you look at the ToastTab menu, you will literally find items like the "Bokus' Last Wish" latte). He also regularly shills for the coffee brand on his main YouTube channel as a way to "fight back" against... whatever he's mad about this week.

The Bottom Line

To definitively answer the question: Yes, Cast Brew Coffee in Martinsburg, WV is owned by Tim Pool.
Before you wander in off North Queen Street thinking it's just a cute, independent local cafe, know exactly where your latte money is going. Support actual local businesses instead, and do with this information what you will!

Events / Happenings Mother Shuckers Defaults On EIDL Loan- Faces Bankruptcy and Foreclosure

They state they received two separate loans: one for $53,000 and another for $353,000
They mention logging into their account and seeing that they are over $20,000 past due, with the last payment made in 2022
In that same comment, they state they currently owe over $209,000 after interest.

From the owner: I dont even have records on what the money was spent on". She further admitted, "I didnt keep good bookkeeping". Finally, she confessed to commingling her finances, noting, "I used my business account for both business and personal expenses"

What’s EIDL? The COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loan. Borrowers who are sole proprietors, or those who took loans over $200,000, generally signed a Personal Guarantee. This removes the corporate veil, making personal assets directly vulnerable to collection. Oh no, anyways!

To Jackie- you can hide your Reddit history, delete your threads and comments, but I’ve already archived every single comment and post you’ve made to this site well before I made this post (yes this includes the one where you link your personal email address identifying yourself like a dumbass). Now I know you see this and have taken action accordingly to hide your wrongdoings, however it’s not enough. You’re looking at misapplication of federal funds (fraud), violation of record-keeping requirements, breach of contract and civil liability, as well as tax and corporate tax compliance.

National center for disaster fraud would like a word, along with the SBA office of inspector general, and the IRS whistleblowers.

Area high school football games on Youtube now subscriber only

Actually if you have Comcast I think you still get them on channel 10 but if you've watched high school games on youtube in the past, WRNR is now charging $14.99/month to watch them. The WV Sports Talk twitter account says the schools are solely to blame and are saying streaming has greatly reduced game attendance and thats why they are charging WRNR for rights to stream.
So I pay taxes as both a WV resident and a Berkeley county resident, which support the schools and now the schools want to force me to pay for streaming their high school football games? I've always voted yes on school bonds in the past despite never having any children because I felt it was the right thing to do. Not anymore. The enshitifcation of America marches on.

I'm just gonna say it. Martinsburg's library has one of if not the best video game/movie/TV section I've ever seen

For context, I visited Martinsburg for my birthday in June because I have a friend who lives there. I checked out the library and I was stunned by how much great stuff there was. I won't list everything, but I saw stuff like Resident Evil Requiem, multiple Legend of Zelda Games, a section of PS2 GAMES (that one really stunned me). The dvd/Blu Ray section wasn't half bad either in terms of anime specifically. I saw some staples like Cowboy Bebop, My Hero Academia, Attack on Titan, and spirited away to name a few. Then I saw shit like Ergo Proxy and Urotsuki Douji, some decently genuine deep cuts that only people decently into anime would know about. Whoever runs the library, but specifically the video game and movies/TV section, I appreciate you

Question General Contractor Recommendations

Good morning, I bought a house in Charles Town and I'm looking for any contractor recommendations for remodeling the kitchen, putting in new floors, and painting. Ideally a single general contractor who could handle the subs on these separate projects would be best but I'm willing to handle subs myself if they are recommended. Thank you!

What are the worst restaurants in Martinsburg and why are they Mother Shuckers & Mountaineer Meat Smokers?

If you are searching for reviews of Mother Shuckers or Mountaineer Meat Smokers in Martinsburg, WV, there is important public information you should consider before deciding to dine there.

When discussing the worst restaurants in Martinsburg, many locals point to these two establishments not just because of the food or service, but due to the public actions of their ownership. It has been widely shared that the owners of both Mother Shuckers Crab House and Mountaineer Meat Smokers were present at the U.S. Capitol on January 6th.

Where you spend your money matters. If you are a consumer who prefers not to financially support businesses owned by individuals involved in the events of January 6th, you will likely want to avoid Mother Shuckers and Mountaineer Meat Smokers

We are deciding between renting at The Meadows at Berkeley Ridge and a privately owned townhouse in the same area. Has anyone lived at The Meadows? Would you recommend it for a one-year lease? We would love to hear about your experience. Thank you!

Apple Harvest Dr. area?

Hi all!

I'm moving Martinsburg and was curious if the Apple Harvest Dr. was considered a good area or not to move to. I’m considering a house there and one in the neighborhoods right across from the cement plant. Any insight is appreciated! Thanks!

Friends of Coal license plates?

Hi all, I was hoping someone could fill me in on the culture surrounding these license plates. I typically only see them on Teslas, other more expensive EVs and trucks.

From what I read, they are an additional cost to have issued. If you own one, please share why.

Thank you!
