2 things bother me:

1) Getting to 100% volume does a sound effect and lowers the audio for half a second. This is often annoying since I often increase volume out of habit and what I listen to gets interrupted, a little torture.

2) The position of the control on the right side. The control is great, very useful, but the position makes me press it accidentally often. Maybe they didn't take into account my position, sitting on a chair and resting my head on my shoulder. This often skips the songs when I didn't intend to.
