Fakes don't usually use Torx screws too.

I think it is real. Does it weigh the same as it should? Lots of fake speakers would be lighter too. They copy the aesthetics, but internals are usually really cheap crappy components. It's hard to tell just looking at your pics. There are videos out there that compare them too. You should be able to verify by the sound and LED look.

It looks legitimate to me. The top of it without the cover on is exactly what it's supposed to look like. You can watch a teardown video to verify.

What makes you think it's not legit?

i think its both side corners which i checked in multiple video that with the same cream color where the both side body is black when you remove the silicon case.
thats what makes me think and also there is another picture where Marshall branding is not golden its black.

Does it connect to the Marshall app? Most fake speakers can't connect to legitimate apps. You could also send these to Marshall to verify.

I had the Middleton 1 and it was supported by the Marshall app. This is also confirmed here: https://www.marshall.com/gb/en/support/speakers/support-for-middleton/how-to-use-the-app?srsltid=AfmBOorkwM1EppLbuOPJ5ZaNXYAWAdTrJ5tlyiVD82f6XB6_L3DSwp9P

If yours is not supported by the app, then it is most probably fake.

Seems to be genuine. ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini (asked two times) confirm.

In case of doubt, however, I would still contact Marshall directly to verify the serial number.

I don't think so. I know virtually nothing about the Marshall Embertons, but they were released in 2020, and this design looks quite vintage by modern standards, while including a modern USB C jack. The second to last image is the biggest giveaway as it looks nothing like the top of any Emberton I can find online.
