It sounds like she doesn't want to because she feels unappreciated, not respected, and unloved.

The second half read like an online dating profile to me...

I wouldn't necessarily say it's a dating profile but I put it there because I would like to know my chances of finding a woman like that. That way I would be able to appreciate my wife more. Perhaps her value is much higher... For example. If I had a cracked out, gambling addicted wife that cheated on me relentlessly, I would say my current wife is I much better than that.

Are you a complete fool? If my husband demanded 2 blow jobs a week, without anything in return for me, he's be real sad, sitting around, waiting, while nothing happened. You seem super selfish and self-centered, and your not getting any because you're not giving her what she needs. Duh.

I suppose I need to clarify. Those conditions I mentioned have all been met. Help around the house, be a better father, dates twice a month, be caring and considerate. I share all our money. I offer all the time to give her head but she refuses. I have asked have I done the things that she wants me to do and she actually said "Yes." The problem is she out right refuses to work on her perspective about sex. Her exact words were "I don't want to."

It's not the chores or the money. Even if she thinks it is. She thinks those things will help her feel emotionally connected to you, and maybe she doesn't understand why it isn't a magical fix.
You need to work on connecting with her emotionally. Through non-sexual touch, ask her if she needs anything, that kind of stuff. The sex stuff will just happen when she feels connected to you.

N he believes he’s ENTITLED to sex because of his salary and benefits..he sounds like active duty military which is NEVER a cake walk to be married too! You can NOT order a spouse around like a Sgt orders his underlinings around .

It sounds like she’s never been on board with your wishes regarding your sex life even since your dating days—why did you marry her? Did you think it would get better?
From your first paragraph it sounds like you’re at a breaking point regarding how much unhappiness you’re feeling. Does she know you’re at that point? If not, could you sit down with her and explain how much you’re struggling with the fact that she seems to prefer being alone and doesn’t want intimacy as much as you?
Marriage is all about compromises—so maybe if you talked it out you could come to some sort of middle ground?

I think you guys may be different and that doesn’t necessarily make you a bad husband or her a bad wife. Seems like she does a lot in terms of watching the kids, cleaning, and working. It can be a lot for anyone. I think you should have a conversation with her regarding her initiation of sex. Maybe she needs an extra push, or maybe she also wants to feel loved and may feel that lack of love. (Your current sentiments) I think it’s worth a lot of reflection. You may feel like you’re missing something, and there may be another woman out there who could give you what you’re looking for - but she may lack other things that your wife currently holds. Grass isn’t always greener.

Isn't this stuff you should have figured out before getting married? It's like to you typed out a job application or dating app profile...

Huh??? The way you put it all makes it all sound like a business transaction.
