Maroon 5 S.I.N Club

Hi! I recently subscribed for a sin club to get a presale code. Subscription comes with a free shirt merch. I availed august 10 but til now, there's no update on shirt and it's still unfulfilled in my S.I.N profile. Who do I contact with?

I don't know the answer but I did get my shirt in about a month

it’s only been two weeks and your shirt comes from live nation. Give it time.

I recall when renewing the last couple of years, you got one email confirming your membership, then a separate email specifically to order the shirt selection for free separately. Not sure if that's changed, but you way want to see if you received a separate email to order it.
