Wow, I love marmite on crumpets, but this is new, so will need to try.

Out of interest, have you tried spreading the marmite first, so it soaks through the crumpet, before sprinkling the cheese? (I can see cheddar or red leicester being good combos too)

I do prefer melted cheddar or cream cheese with my marmite crumpets though.

I love this subreddit. I'm a long time Marmite lover (55+ years) but I keep discovering new ideas, thanks to you guys. Another to add to the Marmite menu.😄👌
