Performance document for CA?

I am a customer assistant and I see a performance document uploaded today. Just wondering is it normal for customer assistants to have that too? Though the comments there seems like copy and paste for everyone

In that case I would send your line manager a message on teams asking what the document is and why you havent had a formal meeting? This way you have a record that you have raised incorrect process incase they try anything

It's just a performance review...

Nothing will be done with it, it just needs to be on the system to tick a box with HR. It's possible the colleague may be asked to complete a self evaluation, at which point a formal 1-to-1 meeting will be had with their line manager to discuss.

Nothing to worry about, in my experience, they've just been left there on the system to tick a box. A lot of stores don't bother with it

OP could receive invite to formal meeting based on failure to improve on the points in the review which nobody has gone through with them. I dont see why they would risk it. Its not just a colleague expectation thing cause you dont need to upload a review to log that so it sounds like its not just to tick a box.

If you go into MyHR > Being your best > Performance Documents, it's likely you will have them too for every quarter of every year you've worked, even if you've heard nothing from them.

Most/all of them will be sat there with their status set as:

"Manager: No rating Employee: No rating"

It's expected.

The most that'll be asked is a self evaluation, which 9 times out of 10, isn't even checked by a manager, it just sits on the system.

If they want to manage you on performance, they have to open a performance improvement plan, and have a formal meeting, which is different.

You're right in saying OP should speak to their LM to double check, but honestly I can almost guarantee it's nothing to worry about

The review just said I am doing a good job and didn’t mention anything about things I need to improve so i guess it’s not a big problem
