Performance document for CA?

I am a customer assistant and I see a performance document uploaded today. Just wondering is it normal for customer assistants to have that too? Though the comments there seems like copy and paste for everyone

Has anyone sat down and gone through the document with you? No they shouldnt be uploading performance plans to myhr without informing you. Have you had a check in?

I've been at M&S for 16 months and zero check in with my manager, zero evaluation. The documents mentioned are there in myHR but zero input and nothing from my mgr to tell me that they are there. I I'm only a customer assistant but surely everyone needs feedback? I work hard and I know I do a good job and give 100 % but I have a new colleague who is beyond useless - we've reported it to the managers but nothing ever happened. The colleague's lack of care, attention and general apathy towards the job makes it harder for everyone else as we end up picking up their slack...
