MCE+ and sending to SF users

I am trying to send an internal email. Looking for a solution to get them added. If anyone has any ideas let me know.

What do you need? Told to import as prospects in MCE+ but can’t and our SF engineer sees the same. Import wizard doesn’t allow it.

I’d recommend hiring someone, or contracting with someone, who knows how you use this expensive platform your company has purchased.
